Maple Sugar
Maple sugar is a natural sweetener made by boiling maple syrup until the water evaporates, leaving behind sugar crystals that can be granulated or left as chunks. It's a healthier alternative to white sugar, containing antioxidants and minerals, and can be used as a 1:1 substitute in baking, to sweeten drinks like coffee and tea, or sprinkled on oatmeal, yogurt, and pancakes for a rich maple flavor.
