Cinnamon Roll Recipe from Amber Fisher

Ingredients
4 cups all purpose flour
1cup whole milk (warm)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
1tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

Filling:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbs cinnamon
1/4 cup softened butter 

Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbs milk 
1 tsp vanilla extract *** can substitute with Vanilla Bean Infused maple syrup***
2 tbs maple cream

Directions
Dough 
In a mixing bowl combine the warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let it rest until frothy (about 5 min). Add melted butter, eggs and salt to the mixture. Add flour slowly until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface aprox 5-7 min until a smooth dough is formed. Put into a greased bowl and let rise for about 2 hours. 

Filling
In a small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Roll out your dough onto a floured surface until you have a large rectangle. Spread the softened butter on top and then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top covering the rectangle. Roll the dough onto a long log tightly. Cut into 12 pieces (or 8 larger). Place the pieces into a greased baking dish and cover. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your oven to 350deg. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top.

Glaze
In a small bowl work powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and maple cream. If needed add a bit more milk for the desired consistency. Drizzle over the cinnamon rolls while they are still hot. Enjoy!
